Heather Ford Gallery currently ships original framed oil paintings. All works are original one of a kind pieces created by Heather Ford.

Shipping Destinations and Flat Rates
We ship to Alberta, the rest of Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are per order regardless of painting size. Standard rate shipping includes full insurance coverage for the value of your artwork.
US Customs and Duties
Original paintings shipped from Canada to the United States are classified as original works of art and are generally duty free upon entry into the United States. US buyers usually aren’t expected to pay import duties on original artwork.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Carriers
We ship with the carrier offering the best available rate and service for your destination at the time of dispatch. All carriers used provide full tracking and reliable delivery timeframes.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking included. Your tracking number will be sent to you automatically in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
Packaging and Care
Every original painting is wrapped in protective materials to guard against moisture and impact before being placed in a custom fitted outer box. All orders include insurance for the full purchase value of the artwork. In the unlikely event your painting is damaged in transit please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for the full process.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery windows: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volumes, weather and customs processing for US orders.
Signature on Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery for all original painting orders. This ensures your artwork reaches you safely and is not left unattended. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery the carrier will leave instructions for arranging another delivery or collection
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Heather Ford Gallery is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any costs associated with reshipping due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged in Transit
If your painting arrives damaged please do not initiate a standard return. Refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for the full process including timeframes and photo requirements for transit damage claims.
